Although the core goals remain constant, leading a classroom today is not the same as it was 20 years ago. A big factor leading the change is technology. American Board’s study materials note, when used correctly, technology ‘allows teachers to personalize learning for students, differentiate instruction, provide remedial and reinforcement lessons, and present advanced concepts to faster learners.’ Technology has changed the way students learn and with new online resources for classrooms constantly emerging, teachers have new ways to bolster student learning.
